Tiptoe Rumpelstiltskin meme generator

How this meme works

A smug, theatrical little man spreads his arms wide with a gleeful grin, as if presenting something he is thrilled about. The joke is the over-the-top self-satisfaction of announcing a small victory, a sneaky plan, or a trivial bit of petty mischief.

When to use it

Use it when someone is gleefully proud of a sneaky plan, a petty win, or a secret advantage that others do not know about yet.

Where this meme comes from

Rumpelstiltskin is the scheming little man from the fairy tale collected by the Brothers Grimm. This image shows a version of the character grinning with arms spread wide, and it spread online as a reaction image for gleefully announcing small victories or bits of mischief.
